Please pay by Google Checkout or PayPal and provide the following SEVEN essential data fields. Request a Google CheckOut or PayPal online invoice form Locum via email or we will
send it to you - You then enter the following data

1. Card holder's name
2. Card Billing address (address where you receive your statement)
3. Card type (Visa, Amex, Master card)
4. Credit card number
5. Card expiration date
6. Card security ID on back of card (3 or 4 numbers)
7. Your e-mail address

URGENT PAYMENTS
Urgent orders are paid by international wire (TT) or International bank draft. Locum has different levels for fast, and expedited clearance and shipping

GOOGLE CHECKOUT Terms for LOCUM INTERNATIONAL
LOCUM and IAGIM use Google CheckOut. Non-US credit cards add on 4% admin charge. US credit cards add on 3% admin charge.
